TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND WEBSITE USE

Last Updated: September 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website https://shopdrnona.com/ (the "Website") and the purchase of products offered through the Website.

The Website is operated by Dr. Nona International Ltd., an Israeli company ("Dr. Nona," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), with its principal address at 23 Adom Street, Kanot Industrial Area, Israel.

Company No.: 512153149
Telephone: +972-3-9516999
Email: support@drnona.com

By using the Website or submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any right granted to a consumer under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or other applicable mandatory law.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

(A) The Website is intended primarily for consumers purchasing products for personal use. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or distribution.

(B) A person placing an order must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction. A minor may make a purchase only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian where such consent is required by law.

(C) The Company may reasonably limit quantities purchased by a customer, household, account, payment method, or delivery address, including quantities of promotional or limited-stock products.

2. ORDERING

(A) Products may be ordered by selecting the desired products, completing the checkout process, providing the requested information, selecting an available payment method, and submitting the order.

(B) Submission of an order constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the products included in the order. Receipt of an automated order-received message does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

(C) An order becomes effective only after:

1. the required order information has been received;
2. payment has been authorized;
3. the ordered products are available for sale; and
4. the Company accepts the order.

(D) Following acceptance of the order, the Company will send an order confirmation or transaction document to the email address or other contact information provided by the customer.

(E) The customer is responsible for reviewing the order before submitting it, including the products, quantities, delivery address, telephone number, email address, and payment information.

(F) The Company may contact the customer where reasonably necessary to confirm order details, resolve a payment issue, verify information, prevent fraud, or arrange delivery.

3. PRICES

(A) Product prices are the prices displayed on the Website at the time the customer completes the order, subject to correction of genuine errors as provided below.

(B) Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices on the Israeli Website are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include value-added tax ("VAT") where required by Israeli law.

(C) Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be disclosed to the customer before the order is submitted.

(D) The Company may change product prices, promotions, discounts, delivery charges, or other commercial terms at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by the Company, except where applicable law permits correction of an obvious or genuine error.

(E) Promotional offers, discount codes, coupons, gifts, and special prices are subject to the terms stated with the applicable promotion and may be limited by date, quantity, product, customer, or availability.

(F) Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and discount codes may not be combined.

4. PAYMENT

(A) Payment may be made using the payment methods displayed during checkout.

(B) Completion of a purchase is subject to authorization by the applicable credit-card company, payment provider, financial institution, or payment processor.

(C) If payment authorization is refused, cancelled, reversed, or cannot be completed, the Company may suspend or cancel the order.

(D) The customer represents that the customer is authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

(E) Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. The Company will handle payment information in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

(F) The Company may use reasonable fraud-prevention and transaction-verification procedures and may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the purchaser or the validity of the transaction.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

(A) All products are offered subject to availability.

(B) Although the Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, a product appearing on the Website may become unavailable before an order is processed.

(C) If all or part of an accepted order cannot be supplied, the Company may:

1. contact the customer to offer an alternative;
2. remove the unavailable product from the order and refund the amount paid for that product; or
3. cancel the affected order and refund all amounts paid for the cancelled portion.

(D) No substitute product will be supplied without the customer's agreement where the substitute materially differs from the product ordered.

6. DELIVERY

(A) Products will be delivered using the delivery methods available on the Website and selected or confirmed during checkout.

(B) The applicable delivery charge, delivery method, and estimated delivery period will be displayed during checkout or otherwise disclosed to the customer before completion of the transaction.

(C) Delivery periods begin after the order has been accepted and payment authorization has been obtained, unless otherwise stated.

(D) Delivery estimates are subject to circumstances reasonably outside the Company's control, including courier delays, severe weather, security conditions, transportation disruption, strikes, governmental restrictions, emergency conditions, and force majeure.

(E) Nothing in this section limits a customer's statutory rights where a product is not supplied by the agreed delivery date.

(F) The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a telephone number at which the customer or recipient can reasonably be reached.

(G) If delivery cannot be completed because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, failed to provide necessary delivery information, refused delivery without lawful reason, or repeatedly failed to make reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment, the Company may charge reasonable additional delivery or return-shipping costs, subject to applicable law.

(H) Where the customer authorizes delivery to another person, reception desk, designated location, or other delivery point, delivery to that person or location will ordinarily constitute delivery to the customer, subject to applicable law and the specific delivery instructions.

7. INSPECTION OF PRODUCTS

(A) Customers should inspect an order reasonably promptly after delivery.

(B) If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, the customer should contact Customer Service as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number and information reasonably necessary to identify the issue.

(C) Failure to notify the Company immediately does not waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer law.

8. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

8.1 General Right to Cancel a Distance-Selling Transaction

(A) A consumer purchasing goods through the Website may cancel the transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, including from the date the transaction is made until 14 days after the later of:

1. receipt of the product; or
2. receipt of the document containing the information required by applicable law.

(B) Any statutory exception to the right of cancellation will apply in accordance with law, including where applicable to goods that are perishable, specially manufactured for the customer, or otherwise excluded from the statutory cancellation right.

(C) Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a statutory cancellation right merely because a product's packaging has been opened where Israeli law does not permit such exclusion. The Company nevertheless reserves all rights available under law if the value of returned goods has materially diminished because of deterioration or unreasonable use.

8.2 Extended Cancellation Period for Certain Consumers

(A) A consumer who qualifies under Israeli law as:

1. a person with a disability;
2. a senior citizen; or
3. a new immigrant,

may be entitled to cancel a qualifying distance-selling transaction within four months from the applicable statutory date, provided the statutory requirements are satisfied.

(B) The Company may request documentation permitted by law to verify eligibility for the extended cancellation period.

8.3 How to Submit a Cancellation

A cancellation request may be submitted by the methods required by applicable law, including:

1. by telephone at +972-3-9516999;
2. by email to support@drnona.com;
3. through the Website's designated cancellation link or cancellation form;
4. by registered mail to Dr. Nona International Ltd., 23 Adom Street, Kanot Industrial Area, Israel; or
5. by any additional method that the Company is legally required to make available.

The customer should provide sufficient information to identify the transaction, including the customer's name, identification information where legally required, order number, product, and contact information.

8.4 Refund Following Cancellation

(A) Where a customer validly cancels a transaction under applicable law, the Company will refund the amount required by law and cancel the corresponding charge within the statutory period.

(B) Where cancellation is not due to:

1. a defect in the product;
2. nonconformity between the product and the information provided to the customer;
3. failure to deliver the product on the agreed date; or
4. another breach by the Company,

the Company may charge a cancellation fee permitted by Israeli law, currently up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.

(C) In an ordinary cancellation that is not caused by a defect, nonconformity, late delivery, or other breach by the Company, the customer is responsible for returning the product to the Company as required by law and for applicable return-delivery costs.

(D) If cancellation results from a defect, nonconformity, failure to supply the product on time, or another breach by the Company, no cancellation fee will be charged and the return of the product will be handled in accordance with Israeli law at the Company's expense where required.

(E) Refunds will ordinarily be issued through the payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is required or permitted by law.

9. ERRORS, INCORRECT PRICES, AND COMPANY CANCELLATION

(A) The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, promotions, inventory information, and other Website content are accurate.

(B) Minor differences in packaging, colors, product appearance, or design may occur from time to time and do not necessarily constitute a defect or nonconformity where the product supplied is materially the product ordered.

(C) If a genuine technical, typographical, pricing, promotional, inventory, or other material error occurs, the Company may correct the error.

(D) Before delivery, the Company may cancel an order where reasonably necessary because:

1. the product is unavailable;
2. payment authorization was not obtained;
3. there is reasonable evidence of fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method;
4. the customer provided materially incorrect information;
5. a genuine and material error occurred in the product description, price, promotion, or transaction information;
6. the Company cannot lawfully sell or deliver the product; or
7. circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control prevent performance.

(E) If the Company cancels an order after receiving payment, the Company will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or item.

(F) Nothing in this section limits any remedy available to the customer under mandatory Israeli law.

10. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) The customer is responsible for reading the product label, ingredient list, warnings, directions for use, storage instructions, and other information supplied with the product before use.

(B) Products must be used and stored only in accordance with their labeling and instructions.

(C) Customers are responsible for determining whether a cosmetic, personal-care product, dietary supplement, or other product is appropriate for them, taking into account known allergies, sensitivities, health conditions, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, age, and other relevant circumstances.

(D) Where appropriate, customers should consult a physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before using a dietary supplement or where they have a medical condition, use medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have questions concerning use of a product.

(E) Information made available on the Website concerning health, wellness, ingredients, cosmetics, nutrition, or products is provided for general informational purposes and is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

(F) Customers must not use products contrary to the instructions, warnings, intended use, or applicable law.

(G) Customers must provide complete, accurate, and current information when placing an order and promptly notify the Company if relevant information changes before delivery.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(A) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer remedies, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

(B) Subject to subsection (A), the Company will not be responsible for losses resulting from:

1. misuse of a product or failure to follow instructions or warnings;
2. inaccurate information supplied by the customer;
3. unauthorized use of a customer's account or payment method not caused by the Company's breach of law;
4. delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control; or
5. indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the transaction.

(C) Product photographs and illustrations are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product. Packaging, labeling, shade, design, or appearance may be updated by the manufacturer from time to time without materially changing the product.

(D) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any contractual limitation in these Terms will apply only to the extent that it is lawful, reasonable, and enforceable.

12. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE THE COMPANY'S CONTROL

(A) The Company will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including war, hostilities, terrorism, missile or security events, governmental restrictions, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, interruption of transportation, major telecommunications failures, labor disputes, or material disruption of delivery services.

(B) Where such circumstances materially affect an accepted order, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and either complete the order within a reasonable period or permit cancellation and refund as required by applicable law.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

(A) Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including trademarks, product names, logos, text, photographs, graphics, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Dr. Nona International Ltd.

(B) Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited, altered, or used in a manner that infringes the Company's intellectual-property rights, except with prior authorization or as otherwise permitted by law.

14. PRIVACY

Collection and use of personal information through the Website are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time, and applicable Israeli privacy law.

15. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

(A) Dr. Nona operates a separate affiliate marketing program through which approved participants may promote Company products and earn commissions in accordance with the rules of that program.

(B) Participation in the affiliate program is not automatic and is subject to application, approval by the Company, and continued compliance with the separate Dr. Nona Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

(C) The Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern all matters relating specifically to affiliate participation, including eligibility, approval, promotional activities, referral tracking, commissions, payment of commissions, tax documentation, prohibited conduct, suspension, and termination.

(D) These Website Terms continue to govern an affiliate's use of the Website and any purchases made through the Website. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions concerning an affiliate-specific matter, the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions will control with respect to that matter.

(E) Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or other representative relationship between the affiliate and Dr. Nona except to the extent expressly stated in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

(F) The current Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions are available through the Website's Affiliate Program page or other location designated by the Company.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

(A) The Company may revise these Terms from time to time.

(B) The version applicable to a purchase is the version in effect when the customer submits the order, unless a change is required by law.

(C) Material amendments will not retroactively reduce rights arising from an order already accepted, except where required by law.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

(A) These Terms and transactions made through the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

(B) Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel in accordance with applicable law.
