Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Dr. Nona. This policy explains how and where we ship, and what to expect after you place an order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Israel only. We hope to make our products available in more regions in the future.

Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat ₪40 per order within Israel. Orders of ₪300 or more ship free. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping

Orders of ₪300 or more qualify for free shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart reaches the threshold.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery within Israel usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier issues or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help look into it.

Prices and tax

All prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include 18% VAT. Any shipping charge is shown separately at checkout.
